The ANDERGON Consultancy and
Projects began their activities in September of 2003, starting
from a consultancy in tool room area to assist the requirements
and the obtaining of Certification ISO/TS 16949. Acting initially
just in the tool room' area, We expanded our activities
later for other linked areas to systems, norms and support
processes the construction administration and maintenance of dies,
moulds and also in the productive processes as devices and
automations.
For identifying that only a system of administration of the
quality would not be enough to accomplish our mission of turning
our clients more competitive, without there were changes and
adjustments, with modern methods of administration and technology,
we looked for specialists and partnerships for us to enlarge our
mark of performance, they put maintaining the same credibility and
competence known already in the Engineering of Products and
Processes area, focusing in the quality, obtaining expressive
balances in the projects and organizations in which we acted.
Mission
of ANDERGON
Supply consultancy services and training that help our clients to
turn more competitive, through the appropriate usage of
administration tools and of the organizational development focused
in a motivation process and of the people's compromising to look
for the organization goals.
Characteristics
of the Services
Consultancy:
simplicity and objectivity of the projects, seeking to adapt the
implantation of construction administration, Maintenance and
processes systems, with characteristics and the client's needs,
getting the best possible balance. As example, we can mention the
implantation of administrative systems in tool room, where we have
clients with five to three thousand collaborators that they were
certified with our support, showing our flexibility so much in
adapting the systems with the characteristics of organization, as
to their resource.
Training:
focusing in the applicability the needs of organization (products,
processes and activities), practical and material exercises
didactic useful for subsequent consultations.
